Bought this light cause i lost my nitecore hc-60. It was the deal of the day and it seemed nice. When it came I opened it and started playing with it. First its built super good. Fit and finish were flawless, battery needed 4hrs to charge to full then I took it outside and cycled it. It has a firefly mode of 1/4 lumen then another firefly mode of 1 lumen. Then it has mode 1,2,and 3 all of which are spaced nicely. Turbo is achieved by turning it on then double clicking it fast. 1050 led lumens and 900 otf is what it says. It dose put out plenty of light that has no defined hotspot. Box says 106 meters of throw...more like 106ft. Great floodly light. The strap is great as is the mounting bracket. The only thing I did not like, reason for 4 stars, was the cover over the charging port is flimsy rubber. I could easily see this being accidentally jerked off. Other wise its a nice light. Compared to my nitecore hc-60 its fairly close but no cigar. | |
